I'M TOTALLY LOOSING IT... AND I DON'T MEAN WEIGHT.................. the accountability posts are great, but right now, for some reason, I can't stick to it. so let me start small. so Today, i'm making one change for this week, next Monday, I'll change something else. Anyone willing to make one small change with me??

alright guys, nice to see you all respond and see i'm not the only one who has "struggles"....interesting how they are all different too, isn't it? Chips not a problem for me, I just dont buy them. wish I could exercise like you Ruth. Protein shakes, ??? i try to eat my protein cause it sticks with me longer, BUT, I don't always think I get in enough. EAting when i'm not hungry, ABSOLUTELY/GUILTY. so much easier to work on a little at a time, cause I have so many problems i feel like my life is being taken away when I do it all at the same time.
