It'll be a busy day around here.........work, PT, homework, paperwork, and the season premiere of House tonight! WHEW! Not looking like I'll get any exercise done today! Oh well!

well, looks like no exercise here, but not cause i dont have time, just too damn lazy. so, i'm off into town today to water new fall flowers at cemetary i planted on Fri, staples for ink for pictures/scrapbook, oil change, car wash, hannaford, bank and home to vac house and work on 2 pages of scrapbook.

Breakfast:
1 cup rolled oats,
1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple
2 cups of (reg, pumpkin spice) coffee
3 oz 1% milk
Snack:
1 wheat bread
2 oz cheese
went out to mow lawn for 45 minutes (push self propelled gas lawn mower)
lunch:
2 oz skinless baked chicken
2 Tbs. garlic & herb hummus
1 granny smith apple
twin sf chocolate fudgicle
Supper:
1/3 c. brown rice
1/2 c. sauteed zucchini, onions, green beans
2 oz turkey burger in oven
Snack:
1/2 cantaloupe

Well I spent the last four nights and most of the days at the race track... So my eats haven't been great (I even ate a chicken finger.... paid for it for hours and will NOT do that again for a very, very long time).
B: McD's on the road 1/2 sausage patty and some scr. egg

S: unjury w/carb countdown
D: some homemade chicken noodle soup (no noodles for me) I am making it for DH, he has a cold and feels terrible.
S: decaf coffee?

I didn't do any official exercise today because I'm a little sore from the weekend still. I've started doing a little running on the treadmill and my legs are sure feeling it. So tomorrow will be a gym day. It looks like I'm going to Beano tonight, so that should be fun. Hopefully I'll win a little money (or a lot of money but not counting on it).
