well I am finally home! Iam not in much pain and I stopped taking the pain killers at the hospital. I would rate my pain as a 3/10 with tylenol. I went for a small walk this morning, berrrr Its cold out!!!! I feel like iam wearing a pair of paints that are way to tight. I dont know if i am hungry or in pain. water is horrible to drink, it makes my tummy feel like a huge bubble. I have been sipping hot tea and hot broth more then water I hope it counts as water, It feels alot better. I am really sleepy so I am going to go to bed. Thank you for all your support.

Congratulations.  Yes tea and broth count as liquids.  I still can't do water.  I live on Sobe Life water zero.  Try flavored waters such as Sobe or Vitamin water 10.  Your belly is still tender and swollen from the gas they put in you.  It will get better and those pants will be falling off before you know it.  Your doing great, keep sipping and walking.  Welcome to the losers bench.

Yes, I went through stages that things didn't taste good or settle well. Do whatever works- tea, broth, ice water, warm water. They're all water though watch you might want to take it easy on the broth if it has a lot of sodium.
Your inerts have been through some surgical trauma and are tender. Loose it best until things feel better and are less swollen.

Yay Sara! You're home and doing pretty well from the sounds of it. I bet your fluid intake will only go up as you heal. Keep us posted on your progress. Happy you are safe and sound!

Glad to hear you are home and doing well.  I know I had some issues with plain water in the beginning, I did a lot of Crystal Light.  I also couldn't do cold water.  Now, like Tracy, I drink the Sobe 0 Life Water and love it.  Just do whatever works for you and make sure you're getting your liquids in somehow.
