Saturday- Whattcha doin' and eatin'?

One of my favorite  flamework artists is at the studio giving class today and tomorrow, Trey Cornette. I am looking forward to learning and improving my skills.  www.Treycornette.com  With that said this weeknd will be a challenge, food wise. At this point, I am only sure of the meals in blue

B- yogurt, protein powder and kashi
S- apple and PB2
L- healthy choices from the class meal offerings- she usually has a salad- I'll pack some string cheese
s- protein bar
S- NO CLUE?? dinner at a restaurant.

Exercise- during lunch I plan to plug in my ipod and go walking. Gotta get to the bank- that will be a good reason.

I'm packing my water bottle, crystal light packets, apple, PB2, string cheese, protein bar, and splenda. I've got my notebook and camera so that I can take good class notes and pics.

I've been slack with posting this the past few days, so THANK YOU for starting this today!!  Hope you have a great time at the flameworking class!!  ENJOY!!!

This should be an interesting weekend!  The check engine light on my car went on yesterday, but the car was still running fine.  My dh checked a few things and said not to worry about it.  So, since he is gone hiking with the boys and scouts this morning, I had to take dd to her field hockey game at school.  Figures, the car starts acting up, like it's not getting enough gas or something?  I dunno!  So, gonna call my dad to see if he can come up and look at it later this morning while dh is gone till late tonight!  Sigh!!!!   Guess I'm walking the 2.5 miles to dd's field hockey game shortly!

On a better note!  I heard from my PCP yesterday who had spoken to my surgeon.  They aren't sure what's going on with me yet (pain in my side still), but my surgeon is willing to evaluate me (even though he doesn't do general surgery anymore, he's making an exception as he knows my innards pretty well after being in there for 6 hours when he did my RNY!)  I should hear from his office early next week and get an appt from there!  I just want answers!

Anyways............off to the food plan:

B:  2c ff milk, Jupiter sammie
S:  (will be at dd's field hockey game) so, maybe nothing? ETA: genisoy protein bar
L:  depends if mom and dad come up to look at my car or not...  ETA: shirataki noodles, chicken breast and low carb spaghetti sauce with parm cheese
S:  NONE
D:  stir fry
S:  only 8 and most likely some potato chips (bad, bad, bad but OH so good!!!!!!)

WOW!  Looks like I have a PLAN!!!!!!!!   NOT!!!!!!!!!!!

I WILL get some walking done, especially if I have to walk up to dd's field hockey game!!!!   I was hoping to go shopping this afternoon, but that's not looking too promising right now!

haha, slacking off, YOU??  I wish.  now I, on the other hand am known for being a slacker.  Yesterday, went out for breakfast and get this KFC for supper. oiyyyy  but Dang was it good.  anyway.  I'm hopeing today will be better.  so here is my plan.....

B: 2 coffee's, Tpbutter and wasa
S: yogurt & rf cheese stick
D:  Pot Roast w/string beans, salad (ceasar)

we're still in the relax mode after a few days away.  so today I have no big plans,  I bring my little man into town to visit his parents, pick up some fresh veggies for Dinner, pumpkins and corn stalks, bank, Dunkin Donuts to get more coffee beans, drop in to see DD, little laundry, decorate gardens for Fall, strip bed, back into town to get MLM.  Sounds like a boreing day dont' it??  MIght start on DD's wedding scrap book,  too windy to go out on boat, maybe tomorrow before we take it out for the season.  brrrrr, got the stove going now.  DH will kill me.  might get a walk in with neighbor later, we'll see.

I slack off WAY too often!  haha!  I just never have time to come back and edit my post and add the foods that I've eaten!  

Enjoy relaxing and scrapbooking!   I think I might go snuggle with a kitty cat and read for a while!

Don't really have too much planned today.  DD has a cold so she wants me to make chicken soup - apparently Campell's isn't good enough for her!  So I may do that later today.  Heading to the gym soon, I have a wedding to go to in early November and I'd like to lose at least 10 more pounds by then, so I have to get focused.
