I forgot to mention this before, so I thought I would share this now.

Thank-you all for writing back, I do appreciate your support.

i did go & mow my lawn from 6:10 -7:20pm with a self propelled push (gas) lawn mower. I am glad I did get some exercise:-)

I had my Laproscopic Bypass  June 12, 2008 with Dr. Toder. I had weighed 303 lbs the day of my surgery, and I had weighed 227 lbs July 24th, 2009. My nutritionist wanted me down to 211 lbs.

Right now, I go to TOPS, and this past Monday, I weighed 233 3/4 lbs. I really desire to get the rest of this FAT off me. I am now determined to finish to my goal. I am 51 yrs old and 5 ft 3-4 inches.

I still use my C-pap machine at night to sleep.

When I first started the Swl program, on December 7, 2007, I weighed in 321 lbs.

I need to get more motivated than what I am right now.

Thanks a bunch:-)

This is a learning journey. We are given our pouch tool,or lap band,  but still have the same brain and misguided thoughts.

I struggle with periods of getting into foods I know I should avoid. Good for you for getting back on track. Come, join in, question and ask for support. There's usually someone who can lend a helping word or suggestion.

Continue on, finish your journey. There are still more WOW's, more skimpy dresses in smaller sizes to explore!

Dear Lynda,  first let me say, I dont' post much anymore, I totally try to stay out of it all, cause I am a "Low Success" BANDER, who dont' have much knowledge to share, ((ALL MY DOING)There are so many more people here who have gone thru RNY and are so much better roll models and knowledge and know what to tell you, to help you out.  This is a tough ride, and I do want to add one thing that I keep in mind every day.  if and withought my band, I would be up in weight, probalby up 40 lbs instead of down 40.  yea, you heard me right, 1 1/2 years and i'm only down 40, and that, was at my lowest weight.  I'm playing the scale right now.  It's been a stressful summer, but I always use some kind of excuse, spring/rain, winter/cold/snow...  I'm the queen of excuses.  But always remember to stay possitive and don't put yourself down, cause youknow as well as I, being depressed and discusted with ourselves is just another excuse to eat, and choose the wrong thing.  BE POSSITIVE, and look at what you've achieved, rather at what you havn't.  being proud and confident and help you move on.  Best of luck to you.

Lynda, good luck with this leg of your journey. What Mamag said is so right, (and she has a lot more to offer than she thinks!!)  Keep focused on the positive, come here for support and keep at it every day.
