Any Ideas?

I am at a loss as to what I can have food wise.  I am at stage two. Soft stuff.  Scrambled egg is getting really boring.  Same with cream of wheat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Although Iam tolerating soups well, even the low sodium is too salty and I tend to turn my nose up.  Any links would be great for soup recipes that i can make at home.

cottage cheese was a big one for  me for my 1st & 2nd months.  Between that and protein shakes, that was pretty much all I had. To this day, I can't do either of them.  But it was good for the first 2 months anyway.

you also might try FF Ricotta, it is good with a little slenda and SF Strawberry jam.

Hmm seems like I was living on greek yogurt, Dannon Light & Fit yogurt, ricotta cheese w/spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, tuna, egg beaters and I can't remember what else.  Good luck and have fun experimenting!

Mix SF/FF instant pudding with about 1/2 the milk it calls for then add a container of greek yogurt.  I use the 16 oz container per package of pudding.  Lemon is wonderful as well as cream cheese flavored pudding.  Tons of protein and very yummy.

Thanks for all the tips. I never even thought of ricotta. Have been having greek yogurt. I'm hooked on that. But when I want something hot soup has only satisfied me. I'm definately going to try all these things. Thanks everyone!
