health / food tracker on OH
I use the daily plate and enter multiple things for each meal, if needed. I'm not familiar with the tracker here on OH.........I like the daily plate as my meals and regularly eaten stuff is already there!
(On the daily plate, when you find an item you want to add to your plate and it asks you when you ate something.....instead of hitting the green button, click the small "today" underneath it and then it will add it to your "plate" and you can modify it once you get back to your home page. That is where I put in how much of something I ate and when I ate it. Not sure if that's what you meant though!)

Yeah, I had used dailyplate before...got bad at logging in to keep track. I saw that one of the new features on here is the food log and thought I might try it since I'm on this site a lot reading posts. I couldn't figure out how to put more than one item per meal/snack. I didn't know if anyone on here used it themselves. I will probably stick with dailyplate bc I know how to use it, just NEED to use it...lol
