Hump Day, whatcha' doing/eating today?
Well, have to go home and pack the camper tonight, we are leaving after work tomorrow for the races in Loudon, NH. One of my favorite things to do every year and this year is going to be so much more fun since I am 100 pound lighter!! Can't wait.

S: peanut butter no bake protein cookies

S: Pam T's prtoein decaf coffee (yummy) w/SF caramel syrup
Today I have a shirt on I haven't been able to wear for fifteen years! I saved it because I loved it so much and always hoped I would be able to wear it again someday.

Thanks for starting this!! COOL! I had PT for my knees and back at 8am, so I had to scoot out of the house quickly this morning! Hopefully, this PT will help!?!?!? Time will tell!
Gotta tell ya.........I'm getting kinda frustrated that I haven't heard anything back from any of the docs about my left side pain! I guess they'll call when they have time! What's a few more days, right?

For today...........here's the PLAN......so far! (Unfortunately, I've been snacking too much at night and I NEED to stop!!!! Hopefully I can hold myself back tonight!!!!!!!!)

S: insides of chicken egg roll
L: greek yogurt, blueberries, hi-lo cereal, and a low carb banana nut muffin (mini one!)
S: beef jerky
D: shirataki noodles with chicken and veggies in low carb tomato sauce
S: trying to do more protein, so maybe I'll have some yogurt or cheese?
