Better late than never.......Tuesday, whatchya eating?

I got carried away this morning and ran out of time, so I'm just getting around to posting this!

Hope everyone is doing well!   It's kind of a slow day at work today, so I'm home for lunch and should be out of work early!  That's cool as DD has a field hockey game this afternoon!  Gotta go watch them lose, again! (They aren't very good.........very sad! But true!)

Anyways........here's the plan for today........so far:

B:  2c ff milk, Jupiter sammie
S:  pb2 on wasa
L: fage, blueberries, hi-lo cereal, low carb banana nut muffin
S:  egg roll innnards and beef jerky at DD's field hockey game
D:  not sure yet
S:  Only 8 (I love this stuff and I AM a creature of habit!)

ok, as i said yesterday, today was a new day and i was going to try and eat more substancial foods, those protein shakes just keep me hungry all day, and just set me up to cheat, lets see how I make out on day 2...

B:  2 coffee's w/ff cream
S:  fat free yogurt
L:  2 cups of lettuce, ff dressing, 2 oz of RF swiss cheese, 6 oz tuna
S:  Apple & RF cheese stick
D:  pork chop, corn on cob, sauteed onions
S:  T peanut butter

1000 cal  - 96 proteins

 

water = 45 oz

Today's a pretty lazy day.  Didn't go to the gym this a.m. because I had to take DS to the Dr's for a checkup.  I will probably do a bike ride later to make up for it.

B:  Chobani Peach yogurt
S:  Starbucks Skinny Caramel Latte
L:  Hormel Chunky Chili w/2% shredded cheddar cheese
S:  probably Cottage Cheese w/pineapple
D:  not sure but probably Tuna sandwich on 1/2 Arnolds Sandwich Thin
S:  Mini Babybel cheese

s- 1/2 protein bar
L- pulled pork in BBQ sauce- about 2 oz, 1 bite of WW bread - darned that hard protein- ROCK in my pouch!
