Finally Back Online

Well my computer is finally in working order again.  Yay!  A lot has happened . I know I posted that i finally had my surgery on August 24th, and so far I have lost 27 pounds. My first week and 1/2 after surgery, I lost 15 pounds. By 2 1/2 weeks I lost another 9 pounds.  This week I was a bit discouraged that i only took off 3 pounds. Hey, at least i lost. It feels great to be on the losers bench. In total, I have lost 53 pounds with weight I lost before surgery.  I like the changes that I see and feel.  I'm glad to be back on OH so I can have some support and possibly answers to my questions from time to time.

Its great being back. Will post again soon.

Hey Welcome Back!!  That is awesome!! don't get discouraged, everyone is different.  You are doing great!  Now, you need to change your surgery date. It still says 3/23 on your profile.

Glad to see you back!  I was thinking about you yesterday.......wondering if you were ok!  You are doing great on your weight loss!  Don't get discouraged!    Hope you are feeling well overall!  Keep us posted!

Glad to see you're back online.  It sounds like you're right on track.  Even if you "only" lose 3 lbs. a week - it will add up quickly.  But I know what it's like to want to see those big numbers.  Just keep on doing what you're doing and it will all fall into place.  Talk to you soon!
