Dr Toder will be fine with the weight loss. Don't stress too much about it. Just keep on working the liquid diet. The day of surgery you will have nothing to eat  or drink and will weigh your lowest

It's a loss. If you weighed more than your last visit she would question things.

Hi, I was so worried before surgery as well. I met with Dr. Toder and had gained weight and she told me she would not do the surgery if I wasn't at a certain weight (she gave me a number) by surgery day. She checked in with me a few days before surgery by phone and then checked in on me the day of surgery to make sure I was on track. She really just wants to make sure we are serious about what we are doing.  you are going in the right direction and although it can be very hard, hang in there! It will be worth it! Don't weight yourself everyday. I stopped weighing myself the last few days and just tried to keep calm!
Hang in there and good luck!
