Monday.........UGGGHHH....whatchya eating??

Just another typical Monday around here!  Headed out to work shortly then I'm starting PT on my knees and back later this afternoon......should be interesting!

What do you have planned for today?  Anything good going on?

Here's the eats........planned so far, at least:

B:  2c ff milk, Jupiter sammie
S:  pb2 on wasa
L:  chobani, blueberries, hi-lo cereal, few bites of left over bday cake
S: carbquik onion rings
S2:  beef jerky
D:  chicken parm (minus the spaghetti)
S:  probably some only 8

ETA: added what I ended up eating which brought me up to about 1200 cals and 130, or so grams of protein!

Well, back to work today after three days of hell that Mother Nature has doled out to me....  Sometimes I HATE being female.

B: carbquick pancake w/blueberries and no cal syrup
S: coffee
S: homemade peanut butter no-bake protein cookies
L: chili
S: soy crisps
D: the pizza I didn't get to eat last night
S: decaf coffee?  or maybe some NSA ice cream?

We'll see how the numbers play out, I may need to have a protein shake.

Well, your way too organized for me. 

B:  2 coffee's, EAS protein shake, water
L:  Salad w/ 6 oz tuna, water
Water
S:  3/4 pear (didnt' go down well)
D:  Hot Sausage, carrots, 1/2 c fried onions (darn left overs, couln't resist)
S:  2 T peanut butter, 30 cal sliced ham, sl cheese  (STOP me)
 I'm done my calories for the day and it's not even 6:00pm??? OMG.......!!! no wonder I"ve been gainning weight.
Need to work on better protein's tomorrow that stick to my ribs...

 1300 cal and 95 gr of protein........Damn i'm a pig???

 

I am meeting a friend to walk/hike to some old tourmaline Mine in Poland.  Should be fun.  it wasn't much of a workout, but tomorrow is a new day and I'm gonna start my power walks again

S: Small gala apple w/ PB; 6g P

Been in a stall for a few weeks...after seeing 189 for a day I went right back up to 194, that sucks!

Hmm...well I slept really late, so breakfast is actually lunch and I might have to resort to a protein shake later today.  I have been eating my protein most days and rarely need shakes (yay)!

B/L:  Ham sammie w/Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb cheese on 1/2 Arnold Sandwich Thin
S:  Starbucks skinny caramel iced latte (my obsession)
S:  Pineapple cottage cheese
D:  no idea yet - maybe chicken
S:  protein shake

Not much going on today.  Headed to the gym shortly, then some grocery shopping and maybe some clothes browsing too.  Also I think there's a suport group tonight so I'll try to go to that.  Pretty boring day...

Here's the list so far. It's DS's birthday party this evening. Dh has the BBQ planned

B- light 'n fit yogurt, 1 scoop unjury protein, Kashi go lean crunch all mixed together
s.- cashews
L- Progresso chickarina soup
s- apple w/ PB2
D- shrimp kabobs I think?!?
