Monday.........UGGGHHH....whatchya eating??
What do you have planned for today? Anything good going on?
Here's the eats........planned so far, at least:
B: 2c ff milk, Jupiter sammie
S: pb2 on wasa
L: chobani, blueberries, hi-lo cereal, few bites of left over bday cake
S: carbquik onion rings
S2: beef jerky
D: chicken parm (minus the spaghetti)
S: probably some only 8
ETA: added what I ended up eating which brought me up to about 1200 cals and 130, or so grams of protein!

D: the pizza I didn't get to eat last night

I'm done my calories for the day and it's not even 6:00pm??? OMG.......!!! no wonder I"ve been gainning weight.
Need to work on better protein's tomorrow that stick to my ribs...

I am meeting a friend to walk/hike to some old tourmaline Mine in Poland. Should be fun. it wasn't much of a workout, but tomorrow is a new day and I'm gonna start my power walks again

Been in a stall for a few weeks...after seeing 189 for a day I went right back up to 194, that sucks!

S: Starbucks skinny caramel iced latte (my obsession)

D: no idea yet - maybe chicken

Not much going on today. Headed to the gym shortly, then some grocery shopping and maybe some clothes browsing too. Also I think there's a suport group tonight so I'll try to go to that. Pretty boring day...
