I am so bad at keeping up these days, the computer- techno glitches that have kept me off line most of Aug and Sept seem to be resolved at thes point so I am hoping to do better . I don't know who is waiting, who has surgery coming up who just had it, so forgive me for lumping you all together and saying...good luck,

I am doing pretty well,, think I told you that I have developed an ulcer, can't imagine why witht he summer I had, selling my home of 28 years being homeless living with my son and fam, which was great, but still homeless, and then buying and moving into a new house in a new town. w
e are settled in and pretty comfortable, big changes, new vs old, contemp vs victorian, 28 years of stuff vs mucking out the crap...a great exercise for anyone by the way.A big priority was having a confortable bunk room for the grands and that happened within the first week, and we arre adding to the new look, furniture, as we can afford to without breaking the bank.
We as a couple have had to adjust, not having familar things around, or a place to sit,even, so it took a toll, but not one that isn't was't healable...so we are GREAT.
When I hit 100# loss my DH bought me an anniversary band to mark another milestonein our lives. I know what everyone mens about the loose skin, tho, my granddaughter said the other day, " Mimi, you always look mad, now." meaning I think the parentheses around my mouth that make my mouth droop a bit. Oh well, I promised myself a consultation with PS after Ihit 100# so after I get the ulcer taken care of, I will do that. I am getting scoped on Friday, this week, so then we will know if month of meds has done the trick, I still have day sith quite a bit of pain, so I don't know. Anyway...
It is another beautiful day, we hope to go kayaking or something relaxing and together, hope your day is awesome!

Hi Kate! Nice to hear from you! Sounds like some BIG changes around your home.........all for the best! Sounds like you have an awesome DH too! Please let me know how it goes with your scope! Hope you are healing up! The pain stinks, though, doesn't it!?!?!?!

Awwww- gee thanks, as I blush and turn several shades of red.

Thank you for the compliment it was very sweet , but please, I don't think we have any leaders here. We are all here to support each other in the ups and downs of this weight loss journey. It's not easy, it's a work in progress always, and it's better to have the group here to help us.
