Thanks Mainegal. I haven't changed my signature yet because I go by my scale at home. I was six months out as of yesterday and have my "official" Dr. / Nut. appointment on Tuesday. I am hoping to get to post my official six month picture too. I have been very lax about exercising lately due to scheduling but that is changing as of tomorrow. I will now have no excuse not to exercise Monday thru Friday as my kiddos will now be attending the YMCA after school program. I will be able to exercise for at least an hour everyday!!!! I am really looking forward to it as it makes me feel so good. I did have to defer from taking my usual water aerobics class as it is from 5:30 to 6:30 and felt that if the kiddos were in after care I could not expect them to stay another hour of so twice a week. It is going to be hard enough getting in dinner and baths. The Y will help with homework so that helps.

Aren't you sweet! It's hard to believe myself, I don't dare weigh myself until Monday am, I keep thinking I must have gained like five pounds since last weigh-in.

I feel wicked bad that I havne't seen you guys for awhile, but I'm going to make the October support group I promise!
