Good morning!  Don't let the cloudy skies get you down!  Just forge on through!

I'm heading out to DD's field hockey game shortly, then off shopping with my mom and DD, I think.  Should be a pretty quiet day!

Here's the eats:

B:  2c ff milk, 1 Jupiter pancake (ran out of canadian bacon and cheese, so, I had to improvise!)
S, L, S, D, S:  all up in the air depending on if I'm still shopping or what we are doing!

RNY on 11/21/07 with
chobani yogurt and dd large coffee with light cream and  one splenda

lunch   one quarter piece of jalapena bread toasted into a grilled cheese sandwich  and two table spoons hormel chili.  we will see how this goes down.  me and bread are not always friends

Supper i am working at  comins hall  serving  smothered beef supper so  i guess i will have whatever they have left lol

Snack tonite will be milk and yogurt
snack this afternoon will probably be   milk  carbcountdown skim of  course

Well, went mowing with DH and went to wally world. It was kind of fun, we got to go shopping for toys for the toy run tomorrow.  We don't have any little ones anymore, I forgot how much fun it is to shop for kiddos!

B: carbquick pancakes w/blueberries (made extra for freezer)
     Coffee
L: haddock and a few fries
S: piece of cheese
D: burger on the grill w/2% cheese, lettuce and ketchup
S: ?  not sure, probably some protein decaf coffee (using the recipe from Pam T. on the RNY board)

Good Morning....

B: Chobani Greek Yogurt (my new fave, better than oikos and cheaper)

S: Austin PB & Cheese Crackers (not the best choice, I know) & banana

L:  Turkey Sandwich on Deli Flats (Arnold makes them, they are great!)  lettuce tomato & sprouts, no mayo

S: handful of pretzels

D:  Whopper & small fries (really BAD choice, and yes I can eat the whole meal! not GOOD!!!)

exercise at Curves for 30 Minutes  (need to do it again to make up for the whopper etc!)

Pepridge Farms makes deli sandwich thins also and they have one more gram of Protein.  I believe they are cheaper too.

B- kashi go lean crunsh and protein milk
s- walnuts
L- egg and cheese wrap, raw zuchinni slices
s- oatmeal cookie
D- chili

Walked 1 hour
drank 80 oz

Saturday I had:

B: omelet on 1/2 sandwich thin (ate 1/2)
S: other half of breakfast
L: Shrimp with ****tail sauce
S: Corn on the cob (yummy)
D: turkey taco with blackbeans
S: wheat thins with naturally more PB

Today
B: Greek yogurt
L: Shrimp (yes again)
D: Left over turkey tacos (I have so much left I will eat it for at least one meal all week)
S: wheat thins and PB
