Well, back to work today after four days off.  It was wonderful, we went camping and trailered our motorcycles to a "biker campground" which was interesting to say the least.  There was a large biker bar on the premises and I had fun dancing, and just being able to be on my feet for the first time in many years.  Unfortunately my husband's green-eyed monster came out Sunday night and ruined the evening.

But the best part was that I didn't plan everything i ate every day but I stuck to the rules, protein first.  Of course for me there is no room yet after protein so that was easy. I did have a few "clickatinis" in the evenings.  I got the recipe from their website, it's a click shake with vanilla vodka.  So anyway after four days I got on the scale this am and I had lost another four pounds! Yeah, one more pound and I will get my century card, unbelievable.

B: DD wake up wrap
    Coffee
S: string cheese
L: tuna
S: ?  probably protein shake
D: some buffalo chicken dip made w/greeek yogurt
S: not sure, have to check my numbers

Good luck Ruth!  I have had them a few times, it's not so bad. I'll be thinking about you.

Well aren't you just kicking butt !!!!  You are doing so good.  Your almost up to me !!!  Those DD wraps are great and easy to grab when in a rush.  I have been making omelet sandwiches out of egg beaters and they go down pretty good as long as I eat them slow.

"Clickatinis" sorry but it sounds a bit nasty but then again I don't think I could ever have vanilla vodka again (long story but I got very ill on it one night when going through my divorce) lets just say I can't even think about it with out shivering. LOL  I hope you put the green eyed monster in his place. LOL

Eats for today

B: 1/2 of egg beater omelet sandwich
L: shrimp with ****tail sauce
S: peanut butter and wheat thins 100 cal pack
D: ??? Steak if it is not still frozen, leftovers if it is.

Weight includes 21 Pounds lost on 2 Week Pre-op Diet

Hope your test goes well today Ruth.  I remember having to take my mom for one of those and it definitely wasn't pretty.

I went this a.m. for my 3 months bloodwork so hopefully the numbers are good and I'll hear back soon.

B:  Pure Chocolate Deluxe Protein bar
S:  Starbucks Skinny Caramel Latte (my new obsession)
L:  Ham and Laughing Cow cheese on 1/2 Arnold's Multi grain sandwich thin
S:  Cottage cheese w/pineapple
D:  Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin, Broccoli w/cheese and a little bit of mashed sweet potatoes
S:  NSA Fudgesicle - yummy

I'm doing better on my fluids and need to order some more vitamins soon (like now).  I'm in the middle of a stall that's lasted about a week, but it's not really stressing me out.  I was shopping at Target today and I caught my reflection in the mirror and didn't recognize myself!  That's a definite wow!  Hope everyone enjoys the gorgeous weather!
