Sunday......whatchya doing and eating?
Sorry I'm late posting this! We went for a nice hike at Sabattus Mountain and then for a hike on some trails not too far from there. What a beautiful day!! Hope everyone got to get out and enjoy it!!!
Here's the eats:
B: 2c ff milk, Jupiter sammie
S: pb2 on wasa
L: carbquik onion rings and 1/3 of a south beach pizza with some extra chicken on it
S: pretzel goldfish, chocolite candy, and a protein bar (spread out through the afternoon)
D: scallop stir fry
S: carbquik onion rings and only 8 later this evening
Hiked about 5-6 miles today, so I think that's enough exercise...lol

Today's eats
B: egg, cheese and bacon omelet on a sandwich thin (ate almost 1/2)
L: ground turkey mixed with taco seasoning, black beans and salsa with tortilla chips
D: baked stuffed haddock with 1/2 ear of corn (ate too much and am now sitting with my pants undone (good reminder to myself to weigh food before eating)
Mowed the lawn and enjoyed this beautiful day!!!
Thinking tomorrow I should take my kiddos for a nice hike!!!
