Before and after pictures

Someone on the main board was asking how to put your photos on the before and after.  I though I would check here as some of you have posted them.  I may post mine after my six month check up.  Thanks for any info I can pass along to her. 

Ive asked that before and never got an answer either.
Hopefully someone will know, mine are pretty extreme!
