Thursday.......is it the weekend yet?

So...........whatchya eating today? Whatchya doing?
Here's my plan: (got my order from netrition.com, so I'm back with my cereal and replinished my stock of chocolate PB2!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!)
B: 2c ff milk, Jupiter sammie
S: chocolate pb2 on a wasa
L: fage, blueberries, hi-lo cereal
S: carbquik pancake and banana nut mini-muffin
S2: (if I'm still at work) turkey jerky
D: not sure yet, but maybe a burger or low carb pizza
S: only8
I'm off my vitamins until Tuesday which is when I have my colonoscopy! Feels weird not taking them!
Fluids will be a work in progress through the day!
Gotta get some mowing in this afternoon.......it's a big yard to do with a push mower!!! (Our riding mower is broken......oh well!)

Wow, you are going to get your exercise mowing that lawn! Went out with DH and MIL for breakfast before work. That was nice.

Getting ready to go away camping for the weekend. Can't wait, we are taking our motorcycles to Bentley's in Arundel. I've never been to that part of Maine before, looking forward to riding the bikes down there and the weather is supposed to be great.

Well today wasnt as good as the other days as far as eating but i did have my first appointment with my pcp for a rash under my belly. My insurance said they will consider a skin removal if I have a documented rash 3 times in 90 days. My pcp said it's not a yeast infection but she prescribed my some yeast cream to make it look better for the insurance. I don't know how far I'll get but I figure I might as well try.

D: sm salad w/tomato and fat free cheese, 1 oven popper crabmeat stuffed sole, an ear of corn

Totals 653 cal, 20 fat, 60 carb, 16 fiber, 66 protein
