Good morning!

Hope everyone is enjoying this nice, sunny weather!

Not much going on here today, compared to yesterday!  Work and groceries (homework and paperwork is a daily thing!)  I'm hoping I can get a walk/jog in tonight too!   Pouchy is still hurting, so guess I'll be calling the doc when they open this am!  Sigghhhhhh

Here's the eats:

B:  2c ff milk, Jupiter sammie!  STILL YUMMY!
S:  pb2 on wasa
L:  chicken breast on low carb pita
S:  carbquik pancakes and carbquik muffin
S2:  (during groceries)  turkey jerky
D:  still undecided
S:  probably some only 8

Whatchya eating or got planned for today?

School starts back up today for me, between that and helping DH mow I don't have any time for the gym, but I'm gonna find a way be damned!! LOL

B: DD wake up wrap
     Coffee
S: string cheese
L: spinach/ham crustless quiche
S: HB egg and 1/2 banana
D: (at school) 1/2 low carb wrap w/almond butter and SF jam
S: protein shake (need more protein, even with all those eggs and nuts!)



20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

Here's my plan for today. I stuck to it yesterday except for a piece of potato chip...I had to check to see if they were stale :)

B: all the whey shake
L: low carb tortilla wrap, 1 oz deli turkey, green peppers, pickle and 1 tsp fat free italian dressing
D: 4 mushrooms stuffed w/tuna, light mayo and sprinkled with parm cheese
S: fiber one yogurt, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/3 cup bran buds

Totals: cal 675, fat 11, carb 86, fiber 28, protein 81

I probably should change my evening snack, that drives my carbs up by 54 grams but also gives me 25 grams of fiber so I guess it's not really that bad.

Going to dinner at my aunts so not sure what we will be having but here is my day so far.

B:  Wake up wrap at DD
L:  Turkey, Beans, Cheese mixed with taco season, salsa and taco sauce with a few multi grain tortilla chips.
D: ???
