pcp recomendations ellsworth/mdi area

I am looking into starting down the wls path but need a pcp to start with and my experiences in the medical world prior to this have been poor at best.

I have this sinking fear of going to the doctors office the riddicule and ultimately being denied a refferal

is it alot to ask for being treated like a human being by physicans because I have never honestly felt that

Good morning!  I'm not sure about PCP's in your area, but maybe ask some friends locally or try to find a WLS support group....they might have some ideas about who they use and how they are treated.   My PCP is in Lewiston and I LOVE her!  (BTW....I avoided docs for years because of my weight too!)

My PCP is at Ellsworth Internal Medicine - Kathryn Rensenbrink.  My ex's is across the hall at Ellsworth Family Practice - Michael Murnick.  Both are amazing!!!  When I talked to the PA at EIM they were like "okay, here's your referral, let us know if there is anything we can do for you"

I should be up or te next enrollment for company insurance ina few days and figured I would like to get the ball rolling in hopes of a date over the winter due to the seasonal nature of bar harbor.

As is I am suffering pretty bad through 14 hour
workdays 6 days a weekI go home pretty much smashed to death from toting around my weight


and fail I didnt mean to underline that
