Tuesday! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!
Got a busy day planned: work, visit a friend at the hospital (She's having lap-band surgery today.), homework with the boys, paperwork, cook supper, meeting at school for dd's laptop, and maybe some grocery shopping and a walk/jog, if I find the time! PHEW!!!!!!!!!! What do YOU have going on?
Today's eats are gonna be kinda carby.........but YUMMY!!!!
B: 2c of ff milk, one of Jupiter's McGriddle sammies....OMG!! ARE THEY YUMMY!!!!
S: pb2 on wasa
L: chicken breast on low carb pita with walden farms no cal ranch dressing, few bites of my leftover carbquik bloomin onion
S: 1 carbquik pancake and some beef jerky
D: undecided...depends how much time I have
S: maybe some only 8........depends on how the carbs look by this point!

I'm glad someone is doing this topic. Starting today I'm GOING to get back on track. I've gained 13 pounds over the summer. I'm not sure how but it creeped up on me. I'm hoping that getting my daughter back to school will help also. My 2 year appointment is Sept 10th so my goal is to lose at least 5 of the 13 pounds by then. I'm starting the daily plate log to help me keep accountable.

L: 2 oz deli turkey breast, 1 slice light wheat bread, mustard
S: All the whey protein shake
D: 1 boca burger 1/2 cup frozen pepper and onion mix
S: fiber one yogurt, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/3 cup bran buds
Totals: 591 cals, 4 fat, 87 carbs, 27 fiber, 73 protein
Hopefully I can stick with this. I'll have to plan better for tomorrow.
