Getting back on track Monday!

Good morning!   Hope everyone had a nice weekend and is ready for back to school and work!  WOOHOO!!!!!!!

Yeah!  So, after walking 13 miles yesterday, I've gained a pound!  haha!  I know! I know!  Fluid!  Muscle!  etc, etc...........it's just aggravating!  I'll get over it!

So.....whatchya got going on today???

B:  2c ff milk, Dixie Carb Counter banana nut muffin
S:  pb2 on wasa
L:  fage, blueberries, hilo cereal
S:  carbquik bloomin onion
D:??
S:  probably some only 8

Vits are half way done!   Not sure about exercise today.......we'll see what time is left at the end of the day!  Daughter has a field hockey scrimmage this afternoon, so it's gonna be a busy day!  Welcome back to the work week!

Well, my pouch has not been happy with me for days...  I tried to give it a break over the weekend but then when you are out and away from home it's hard.  So, today I'm sticking to soft foods and protein shakes.  No dense protein for a few days.

B: coffee
     crustless quiche w/spinach
L: homemade lasagna w/whole grain, flax seed noodles and tofu
S: protein bar split between am and pm
D: protein shake

I have eight pounds left to get to 100 lost, and I'm really looking forward to that next goal!  Wish me luck.
