Been long time gone...Now I'm here

Hello all. how are things going. Case anyone doesn't know me....yeah i'm sure most of you remember me. THings are going great. I'm down to a 16/18 and loving it. This is coming from a girl, sorry woman who would have fit into a 32 last year. I am down from 350 lbs to 232 and I"m almost 9 months out. that will be next month. My one year goal is 190 and I'm working hard. I will find out next month where i stand. the 232 is from June, so we will have to see.

I'm not trying to find healthy and hearty fodds to keep me warm now that its cooling off. If anyone knows a good recipe for Corn chowder let me know please....I'm also looking for more foods to eat. Right now the only meat that i can really eat are chicken and sliced meats. I still can't have pork. I get sick everytime i eat it. Steak is still really tuff.

Only one down side now...won't go into it though female issues. lol Well good to talk to everyone again. maybe i will get on here more often. things have been busy.

Hi Sarah,  Good to hear from you.  It sounds like you're doing well.  You may want to check eggfaces website for recipes (just google eggface) she has a ton or great recipes.  Good luck and hope to see you posting.

I did try eggface last night i didn't see anything. I may try again later when i have more time. Life is busy. oh joys. lol.

Hi  Sarah  you  sound like you are doing   great.   I am so happy for you

I make  corn chowder with   canned skim milk 

potatoes and  onions  simmered till tender  add a can of cream corn and a can of regular corn  and at the end  the canned skim milk.

I  miss the  bacon or fat back in it but  sometimes i add a little   margarine.
