Sunny Sunday! Whatchya eating?
DH and DS's and I are heading out for a hike this morning! Hoping to get 10 miles in! Youngest DS is working on his hiking merit badge for Scouts. He has 1-10 mile hike and 1-20 mile hike left to do to get this merit badge. Hopefully, we can get them done between this weekend and next weekend! WOOHOO!!

B: 2c ff milk, 2 small carbquik, blueberry pancakes
S: chocolate pb2 on a wasa, chocolate/pb2 protein ball!
L: either chicken in a low carb pita with ranch dressing or fage/blueberries/hi-lo cereal (it's a toss up right now
S: protein bar
D: undecided yet
S: probably some only 8
I'll be drinking plenty today as we are hiking (we each carry a camel pack full of H2O!!)
Vits are half done......
