AND you like banana nut muffins or bread.............OH MY!!!!!!!!!! Get some of the Dixie carb counters banana nut muffin or bread mix!!!!!!!!!! I just made some of each.........but turned the bread into muffins too (I do better with a "fixed" portion!) I substituted sf applesauce for the butter, fage for the sour cream, and egg beaters for the eggs and I came up with 60 cals, 5g of protein for each muffin (with the bread mix......it's a little higher with the muffin mix...I dunno why?!?!?!) BUT!!!!!!!!!! I AM LOVING this stuff!!!!!!!!!! NOM NOM NOM!!!!!!!! (as they say on the RNY board!!!!!!!!!!)
