Mine for today is that I have on a pair of Levis jeans (not womens, mens with the waist/length) that I haven't been able to wear for more than seven years and an extra large t shirt.  Not saying they couldn't be a little looser, but hey a what's a little muffun top among friends?  LOL

This week's WOW

I made an effort to get in more exercise. I walked 40 minutes during lunch hour. I clocked it with the car  1.7 miles a walk which I did 4 days! My knees are fine- not sore. I haven't had to take pain meds or wear my knee brace.   The best part- I REALLY enjoyed it.

I was cleaning the closet of my larger sizes that don't fit anymore. I realized that they went right into the give away pile. I didn't even entertain the thought of saving them in the attic for a time when I'm heavier. Woah- who is this person? In the past I would squirrel away sizes that fit for another weight time.  I used to have the skinny clothes and the larger clothes in the attic.

Anyone need any 16W 18 or 20 size pants????

Yes, I could use some pants, wearing 20 and 22 now, but hopefully soon....

Isn't it wonderful to exercise and enjoy it? Not be in pain.  Love it!! Good for you!

I don't have any wow moments at the moment...but just wanted to say Yay for both of you.  I know I purged my closet already and it felt so liberating to rid myself of all those plus size clothing!  I didn't save anything!  It felt very gratifying to sell them in the yard sale...hehe.  But then it makes me a little sad to see other people buy them because they are who I was only a short time ago.

Congrats on your WOW's ladies!  You are doing awesome!!!!!!!!!

Not too many Wow's for me recently.........I guess that's what maintenance is about?  It's ALL good though!  I purged my closets a while ago but this morning, while I was hanging up some laundry that I had done last night, I held up a pair of pants and still can't believe I can fit my butt into them!  (The legs STILL look too skinny for me to fit!  haha!)

It's an amazing journey!  Enjoy the WOW's!!!!!!!

I went to Walmart tonight to grab a pair of jeans.  I have a family reunion tomorrow and realized that all my jeans are big as it hasn't been jean weather.  I tried on size 12 and they fit and then went to a size 10 and they fit tight.  I got the size 12 because I need them for tomorrow and wanted to impress not look like I might blow. LOL

Hey Kelly what about the September support group?
