TGIF...........Back on track!?!?!

YIPPEE!  Cooler weather and maybe some of this fluid is finding it's way off me???  Here's to being back on track!    

I have a dental appt this morning and then off to work!  Soooo glad  it's the weekend!!!

SO..............whatchya got going on today?

Here's the eats:
B:  2c milk, 3 breakfast mini-quiches
S:  pb2 on wasa
L:  fage, blueberries, hi-lo cereal
S:  beef jerky
D:  chicken on the grill and some veggies
S:  only 8


As always.........fluids are a work in progress and vits are about half done!
Will be either mowing the lawn tonight or heading out for a walk/jog.........depending on how I'm feeling after work!

I have to mow my own lawn tonight as well, but mine is all rider... Today I got up late, AGAIN.  What is wrong with me? So right now I'm at work stuffing my face with my breakfast.

B: 2 Carbquick blueberry pancakes (made em ahead a froze, reheat in toaster)
     piece of homemade turkey sausage
     zero cal syrup
     coffee
S: homemade protein bar (gotta eat them, even though they aren't very good....)
L: chili
S: ? probably the rest of the protein bar
D: meat and veggie
S: hot cocoa?

All in all it will be about 1000 calories and 65 gr. protein. I may need to add a shake if I don't get it all in, we'll see.
