Wednesday........whatchya doing?
It's Wednesday! Half way to the WEEKEND! WOOHOO!!!!!! My kids start school today, so this should be interesting! Busy day at work too!
So......here's what's "supposed" to happen for the eats today:
B: 2c milk, 3 mini quiches
S: pb2 on wasa
L: fage, blueberries, hi-lo cereal
S: protein bar
D: went with the scallops again!
S: only 8
ETA: snacks: (Bad, bad, bad! 2 sf york peppermint patties, 1 sf hershey candy, 5 cinnamon cookies from Trader Joe's---they're really small!)

Today I have to go to the bank and get the safety deposit box drilled out. Yup- I lost the key. Then off to work.
Since my 9 month visit I've been doing better and lost 5 pounds more.
B- yogurt, vanilla unjury, strawberries, kashi go lean crunch
S. 1/2 apple and PB2
L- 1/2 tuna salad on WW bread, lettuce and tomato
S. cheese and WW crackers
D ???

Exercise- walking 30 minutes

Well, I haven't been exercising because of helping DH mow at night. Tonight I have the evening off after work and I'm gonna clean house and cook! Can't wait!
B: blueberry carbquick pancakes w/ 0 cal syrup (yummy!)
coffee (that was interesting, going to DD for coffee on my motorcycle, but I managed!)
S: hard boiled egg
L: 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese
click shake w/ no cal choc syrup
S: 1/2 100 cal popcorn
D: something on the grill? and a veggie
S: tapioca or decaf coffee
I really need to go grocery shopping, I ordered from netrition yesterday and I'm looking forward to that. I really love the pancakes, they are so yummy and have about 10 gr. of protein in two.

trying to survive this illness I have. Got a fever and aches Thursday and lasted through Friday. Sat and Sun I was good and it came back Mon and hasn't left. In addition I now am in the bathroom every 10 minutes. The fever (avg 102) is getting old and I can't wait to see my doc. tomorrow AM. I've done nothing but gain weight while sick b/c nothing healthy sounds good. UGH,
