Peeved?  ME?  NEVER!!!!!!!!  haha!!!!!!!!!    So........after getting back on track yesterday.........I jogged/nordic walked 3.3 miles and consumed 1250 calories, 120oz of water, and 115g of protein...I GAINED a pound!!!!!!!!!!   I've been on an upwards trend for the past coupla weeks and it's driving me nutty!   I'm calling my doc today (to get lab work results and to inform them of the swelling I am now having in my feet/ankles----not sure if it's related to whatever else is going on, but, at least, I'll let her know and let her determine!)   BUT...........eh, crepes!  I've gained 6 pounds in the past week now!   I know, I know............it's ONLY 6 pounds and everyone keeps telling me I needed to gain........but STILL...............can you tell, I'm freaking out????!!!!

Ok..........rant over..............whatchya got going on today???   Eats?  Exercise???  Something fun??

Here's the plan.........so far.........
B:  2c of calorie countdown fat free milk, 3 mini-quiches
S:  wasa with chocolate PB2
L:  fage, blueberries, hi-lo cereal
S:  ??
D:  I'm thinking a bocca burger on a low carb pita and some baby carrots to munch on, but we'll see once dinner time gets here
S:  probably some Only 8 and a few light pringles chips

I WILL go for a jog/walk/ or something today!
Vitamins are half done.
Fluids will be a work in progress all day, but I'm sure to get at least 100oz in me.

Wanna share what you're doing???
Enjoy the sunshine!!!!

not sure this will help, or even if you want my opinion, because I'm a terrible example, but I've been swelling terribly these last few weeks.  This week seems a little better but I have concentrated on cutting back on Sodium because of it.  I've also cut on carbs, they keep creeping back into my diet.  it is so easy to get back into old ways.  my knees are hurting me so bad and so swollen I can't bend them, have to go up stairs one at a time like a baby.  Hope you get to the bottom of you not feeling well, that is enough to send someone off track.  We're programmed like that you know, anything stressful, happy, sad, weather, we use all those as set backs.  we have for years and don't even know we're doing it till its too late or have gainned a few lbs.  Good Luck on your "getting back on Track".  Hugs, Cheryl

Also, remember that the scale doesn't measure just what you did yesterday, it measures a few days at least... give it a chance to go back down!  LOL

S: WW cheese triangle
L: homemade lasagna w/lost of good stuff (tofu, whole grain flaxseed noodles, ground turkey) it's actually very yummy.
S: can of tuna (need to up my protein and not calories...)
D: ?  maybe something on the grill and some veggies
S: ? pudding w/whippage or decaf w/sf syrup

I am at work again today and then have to help DH mow, I'll be glad when this green stuff stops growing and I can get back to the gym!
