Only 8

All I can say is yum!  I finally had some at the Lewiston Main Street Dairy Treat (think that's what it's called)  The only flavor they had was strawberry but it was sooooo YUMMY.  It reminded me of TCBY.  I wish that was still around.

It IS yummy AND addictive!   Just a word of caution though..........I dumped on some Friday night (I've NEVER done that before on Only 8...........BUT...........I also ate a MUCH larger portion than I usually eat AND I had some Reeses Pieces in it.  I've had both of those, separate, without issues before, but I think the combination of the larger portion AND the reeses did me in!)  I've only dumped once or twice in 16 months but I think this was the WORST episode I've ever had!   So.........just be careful!  

BTW................I've had some since and I STILL love it!  Cake batter flavor is my favorite!

I've noticed that I can have up to a certain amount of sugar grams but anything higher I get sick...not vomitting or the other just really crampy.  I had a "baby" serving size and it was more than enough.  Where else do they sell Only 8?  That's the first place I have seen it in Maine.

BJ's Dairy Treat on Sabattus St in Lewiston, near the Sabattus town line has 2 flavors at a time.  Last time I went it was pistachio and vanilla, or you can get them twisted (that's the one I dumped on!)  I thought my stomach was going to explode it was cramping so much!  I felt lightheaded, weak, shaky, heart racing, just wanted to vomit, but couldn't (sorry..TMI).  It was NOT a good feeling!  Took me about an hour to get through it!  I'm sure going to watch my portion size from now on!
