Anyone for getting back on track?

I need to start being more accountable!  I've eaten WAY too many "bad" things over the past 2 weeks (guess I'm a stress eater?) and it's really showing on the scale! (Yup, I'm still a slave to that silly thing!)  This heat and humidity has been making my legs/feet swell at night too.  Along with being kinda slack on my exercise...........well.............I need to regroup!  Anyone else?

So...........whatchya doing/eating today?

Here's my plan (but you know the saying: "The best laid plans of mice and men......."

B:  2c calorie countown fat free milk, 3 little carbquik pancakes (YUMMY!!!)
S:  PB2 on a wasa
L:  fage/blueberries/hi-lo cereal
S:  3 mini-quiches
D:  something with scallops
S:  only 8

This gives me about 108g of protein, just under 1000 calories.  BUT, I'm willing to bet there'll be a little bit more snacking in there!!

Only 16 ounces of fluid so far this morning (It'll be over 100 ounces by the time the day is done!)
Vits are half way done.
Exercise:  MUST. GO, DO. IT.!!!!!!!!!!    I'll either go for a jog or maybe do some Nordic Walking..............if you haven't tried it, you should!  It's quite a work out!!!!!!!!!!  AND....it's FUN too!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, I LOVE this post, I usu. post on the RNY board because this helps me stay on track and keeps me more accountable.  Got up at 5 am and went and cleaned my bathrooms that I clean at a campground in the Summer, have to do it before it gets hot.

B: skim milk and coffee
S: wake up wrap and decaf
L: 3 oz. chili and string cheese
S: (my new fave) Click w/SF choc syrup and FF half and half
D: Not sure, probably some sandwich meat and cheese wrapped in lettuce or a low carb wrap.  Too hot to cook!!

S: tapioca w/whippage? Maybe, or protein shake if low on protein.

hi     sorry i didnt get to see you this summer.  I would of  traveled to  your games but summer went so fast.  

what summer we got

I need to get back on track  and  stay away from  the candy  and the   other things that i  get into occasionally.   my fav is licorise  but need  to stay away from it.  so no more for me.
I have exercised the last three days but that does not make a lifetime.  I sure wish i had someone to  exercise with.

What is Nordic Walking? I am so unaccountable, when it comes to writing things down. I do a good job for awhile, then I stop. I am a compulsive overeater, and a stress eater as well.

Where can you buy pb2 around the Bangor/Brewer area?

Hi Lynda,
I haven't found PB2 locally, so I order it on Netrition.com (low shipping......$4.95 for EVERYTHING you order at 1 time!).  I also order Hi-lo cereal from them(high protein, low carb yumminess!) as well as low carb baking mixes (Dixie Diner stuff, and CARBQUIK!  Carbquik is awesome as a bisquick replacement!)

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nordic_walking    Nordic walking is kinda like walking with ski poles, except the poles are shorter and you "push" yourself along with them.  It gives you a great upper body and trunk work out, as well as the walking for your legs.  It burns a lot more calories too!  I've just started doing it and it's great fun and something different besides just walking!

Nordic walking? Is that walking with a Norseman?

Sorry you are going through the health issues, sometimes not knowing and waiting to find out can be the worst.

I'm going through some emotional stuff myself and am WAY off track with eating. I need to get back here also.
