4 hours of exercise a week

At the support group meeting last Friday Lynn, our nut, told us that it takes 4 hours of exercise a week to maintain your goal weight status.

Yikers!  So I have 1 1/2 hours a walking under my belt yesterday. The scale showed less this morning- yahoo! "point" .2 pounds but hey, it's less.  We walked through Camden and out to the Rockland Breakwater.

Today is a Bar Harbor trip- more walking.

This will be good.

It sounds daunting, but I think it's do-able.  Especially if you work it in to daily things, and you can break it up in to 10 or 20 minute increments.  Just gotta do it!



20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.
