So Quiet Here Lately

Oh my this board has been so quiet lately.  I hope it's because everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather that's finally started coming our way.  Not too much to report here.  Losing a pound here and a pound there, slow and steady wins the race I suppose.  I go in for a Nut. appt. on Tuesday so I look forward to an "official" weigh in.

Have been trying to enjoy the summer and get out of my shell more.  I actually went camping with some high school girlfriends for the weekend out on Damariscotta Lake.  This was big because I'm much more of a hotel and hot tub kind of girl.  But I had a ton of fun and we plan on doing it annually.

So I hope everyone's enjoying their summer.  Check in and say hi once in awhile though!!!

It has been quiet here lately! I have been using the nice weather to go running with my husband, I love it!

We are going to climb tumbledown this saturday, can't wait!

yes i see the board is quiet lately as well ..  yes i do also hope everyone is having a good summer as it did not start out so well ..     The weight loss is going good i guess i am now down 136 lbs lost  and i had my one year  dr and nut appt a few weeks ago and sorry not posting sooner but there been alot going on as i had made some changes in my life...   Dr clough and nut said i was doing very good and keep up the good work but i do have to take a class in Nov and see the PA in Jan for a b12 shot..

too  slow.   sure hope more show up for summer gathering otherwise      tracy   kelly and i will party  alone lol.

Hope we have more lurkers  that will be there.

Glad your having a great summer!  I haven't been on here a lot either.  Seems like the support meetings aren't happening alot.  Even the staff is enjoying the weather! :)  Jackie left a message on my phone to find out how I was doing and to tell me the support group in Waterville is canceled tonight.  I've been to 2 of those.  Waterville is actually closer for me, but not as many people go.

Yes, very quiet, I've taken to the RNY board for support and humor...  Not sure about the get together this weekend, doesn't sound like anyone is  coming but us three...

I already had a bbq planned at my house with friends prior to hearing about this event, Sorry!
