Off track- getting back
Stall??? No, I know the reason. The month of July I ended up with 0 weight loss. I found myself slipping into a snacking pattern. Nuts, Smartpop popcorn- things I thought were healthy, but were high fat, high calorie, wasted space in my pouch. I ended up not being hungry for meals, not getting enough protein- tired.
So I have taken back control. No more empty calories, no more snacking on junk. Back to basics. Yesterday was HARD! I thought the hungries would never go away. I drank them away with water, water, water and stuck to my 3 meals and 2 protein snacks. Today- more of the same regimen.

Well, I had my three month class on Monday and learned a lot. I seem to be the only one that came that gets hungry and can eat as much as I can. I need to find low calorie things to fill my pouch up with, I only need 60 gr. of protein/day and that is easy to get. Hope you get back on track Emily, I"m sure you will!
