    String Cheese
    Wake up wrap
L: 4 oz. tuna w/tsp mayo
S: unjury shake
D: homemade chili
S: tapioca w/whip cream (what else???LOL)

Trying to get a little more protein in. I have my three month class in Bangor on Monday, hope I learn some new things. I had my Physical Health Eval today at work, last one was May 7th and I have lost 80 pounds, amazing this journey.

You eat like me, in phases.  Eat this for awhile, then eat that for awhie. RIght now I"m back to protein shakes once a day and you are on the naturally peanut butter... TOO funny.

Going to the gym tomorrow? I have to work at the Lobster Festival, but I might go before.

Yes I am going to the Y at 3 today.  I love the more naturally peanut butter.  Can't beat the 10 grams of protein, less sugar and less fat and calories.  I am staying away from the Lobster Fest but am going to the parade on Saturday so I will not be at the cafe on Saturday.

Well instead I met my DH and DD at the Compass for dinner. We had a little tiff about what to do this weekend and they left me sitting there like an idiot!  So, I walked up and down main street and got soaked and then got a chill and went home. I did not want to volunteer at the festival in the pouring rain with a chill, no thank you.
