Trying to get a little more protein in. I have my three month class in Bangor on Monday, hope I learn some new things. I had my Physical Health Eval today at work, last one was May 7th and I have lost 80 pounds, amazing this journey.

Yes I am going to the Y at 3 today. I love the more naturally peanut butter. Can't beat the 10 grams of protein, less sugar and less fat and calories. I am staying away from the Lobster Fest but am going to the parade on Saturday so I will not be at the cafe on Saturday.

Well instead I met my DH and DD at the Compass for dinner. We had a little tiff about what to do this weekend and they left me sitting there like an idiot! So, I walked up and down main street and got soaked and then got a chill and went home. I did not want to volunteer at the festival in the pouring rain with a chill, no thank you.
