What did you eat today? Help me get ideas....

Ok, so here's what I ate/will eat.  Totals around 850 calories.  Can you list what you ate and your total calories if you know it??  I need ideas....

B:  Fage 0% with no sugar added pineapple and splenda
S: 1C skim milk with SF chocolate syrup and 2 TBSP red fat peanut butter
L: 3 eggs whites scrambled w/skim, laughing cow light cheese and morningstar farms breakfast patty
S: 1C FF pudding
D: 1C Progresso Light Beef Pot Roast soup
S: 1/2 banana

Any suggestions or ideas??  I am stll on soft foods......

Okay, so today was not a typical day for me, but here goes anyway.

B: Coffee
      DD Wake up Wrap
S: almonds
L: crustless spinach quiche (basically eggface's bites, only larger, made in muffin tin)
S: LF Choc muscle milk
D: string cheese
S: tapioca pudding

I ate 950 calories and 60 grams of protein.  Carbs were at 56, sugars 19, and fiber was only 5.  But I also add splenda w/fiber to my coffee.  That helps. Most days I get more calories in, but I didn't get any exercise today so it was tight.

I would suggest heavier breakfast and lighter as the day goes on.  I try to stay away from the carbs in the am because then I crave them all day long.  THat is just me.


20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.
