OK so I emailed my nutritionist and she agrees that I am not eating enough calories and that it part of the problem.  The other part....just fluctuations and be patient.  So I made a conscious effort to eat more today and I still can't get to the 1000 she says is minimum.  So.....going to start another what are you eating thread to see how other people are getting it all in.  Thanks for all the support, it means the world!!!

I can't get in 1000 calories, more like 500/600 right now (of course I am still early out) BUT what surprised me was that Dr. Wolffe told me I might never get more then 800 calories in and that would be totally fine.

I thought that was low and that the minimum was 1000.  She said no and it is perfectly healthy no matter what anyone says.
