Where has the last year gone ???

Well i am A year out from surg .. I want to the Nuts and Dr today and the both said i am doing very good and Keep up the good work .. But i needed to have a B-12 shot today and will have to go back in 6months for a check up on the b-12 .. i am still down 130 lbs and did not lose aything while i was on Vac in Sunset beach N.C But it ok i am Very happy where i am Now..

Happy 1 year surgi-versary. You're doing so well.

Vacation + weight loss is a hard one. I would consider it a success that you stayed the same.

Good job Amberlee!  Coming from someone with similar weight I can understand where you are coming from.  I started about the same as you and if I get to where you are I will be happy if I never lose another pound (but okay if I do too).  My goal was to feel better and I am amazed at the difference in my life already.
