Summer Gathering

I looked back at the old posts regarding the summer gathering.  It looks like the best date would be August 9th.  Please post on this new thread if that date works (i think the other post is getting overlooked due to it being dated a while ago) 

Please post with the following information:

1)  Does this date work?

2) Time of day that works best for you
   (Late morning to early afternoon, early afternoon to late afternoon, late afternoon to early evening?)

3)  Any other information that may be helpful

afternoon is better for me  but i will try to come what ever
