I think it's time to dig out some cook books this weekend and reinvent some old favorites. I'm getting a little bored with my eating and I think that may be why I am obsessed with food lately.

    1 oz parmesan cheese
L  Roast beef
S nothing yet
D Salmon
S string cheese
Total protein according to RealizeBand website 60g and 675 calories (wow it doesn't seem like I am only eating that many calories...I'm not hungry)

I"m really looking forward to going grocery shopping and getting some different foods (salmon especially)

That is pretty great, that is hardly any calories!  I love salmon now, before I didn't like it.

B:  Greek yogurt smoothie with SF Jello pudding and Mango
L: Black beans, Avocado, Salsa with Black Bean Tortilla chips
S: Shrimp
D: Chicken and potato microwave meal

Walked 4.8 miles (nice seeing you Kelly.  Plan on going back to the gym at 8 tomorrow morning to get a walk in before I need to pick up the kiddos)
