L: slice of cheese and applesauce
D: 2 eggs scrambled with laughing cow light cheese and skim milk

water: 44 ounces so far, still working on it.

B:  Fage w/strawberry (I bought the total instead of 2% by mistake but I didn't have any problems)
L:  Tuna mixed w/italian dressing
S:  Starbucks latte (Skinny of course)
D:  Hormel Chili w/no beans and slice of Muenster cheese
S:  Caramel Latte protein shake

Water - 40+ oz. and still working on it. 
Also went to the gym today.  I've been slacking and I need to kick myself in the butt.  I was happy to see a 1.5 lb. loss though!

I ate everything in sight today, as I have been lately...

B: Coffee
     crustless spinach quiche
S: string cheese
     almonds
L: string cheese
     1/2 of a bag of 100 calorie popcorn
S: chobani w/strawberries
D: 2 0z. cheese and 2oz. of ham
S: tapioca w/cool whip
