ok, so we started this one week ago. I was hoping to get back on track and loose the few lbs I gainned.  I did as I planned with my 3 WWW's BUT, I guess that wasn't enough.  I walked every day but one day, I journaled every day but one, I drank my water 80% of what I should have (which is more then I had been doing).  and today, I weighed in 4 lbs. MORE!!!! so I am up, 7 lbs in a month.  So, that being said.  I failed.  AGAIN.   I will try to keep it up but wanted to thank everyone who joinned in with me.  I won't be posting WWW.  Best of luck and hope you did better then I.

That sucks!  And it is just not fair.  I am thinking that in the next few days you are going to get on that scale and it's going to go back down 7 pounds, has to be water weight.  You can't possibly gain 4 pounds in a week from calories. That would have been the equvilant of you taking in 2000 more calories each day then you burned.  Not possible, got to be all tha****er!

20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

Kelly's right. It's got to be fluid retention.
Continue to do what you're doing. it WILL come off.
This weight loss journey can be a weird one- stalls, challenges, fluid retention.  Keep on with us. We will get there together.

I'm really sorry the scale is not cooperating with you.  I agree with everyone else that it's probably water retention.  Just keep on keeping on and all your hard work will pay off I'm sure.

I hear ya hon...it's been the same aggravating rollercoaster with me.  I know it sucks...our bands deifinitely have minds all their own.  Try not to beat yourself up...this is HARD.  You're doing the best you can and that's all any of us can do.  Keep your chin up and keep on going.  Something's GOTTA give sooner or later.
