I have been very busy counting calories and fighting hunger in order to get my 10% off.  I have lost 15 pounds.  What I need to know is how do I decide what is head hunger and what is hunger.  As when I am hungry, my stomach is growling. Can head hunger make your stomach growl and how do you know when to eat and when not to?  I have been eating only when i become shaky or feel faint as I dont want to be eating at the wrong time. I am trying to get a handle on the difference before my surgery. Can anyone help me here?  Thanks.

Well I think I can tell the difference, but I still want to eat.  Try what everyone says and drink some crystal light or 1/2  a protein shake.  Wait a half an hour and if you still are hungry (tummy growling) then go ahead and have something.  I think that should work. Good for you starting before surgery, it will make it so much easier.
