Yesterday was not a stellar eatng day. It was a bit wonky.
B- protichino ( coffee and chocolate protein drink)
S- 1/2 protein bar
L- enchilada + salad
S- dried fruit and nuts
D- 3 string cheese sticks
s- almonds and 1 cookie
Water- yes
Exercise- deck paint scraping.

Yeah, I had rather an odd day too.
B: string cheese
L: unjury shake
D: turkey burger w/2% cheese
some egg whites out of potato salad...(needed more protein)
S: tapioca w/cool whip
I ended up eating too fast at supper.... my own fault. I know we aren't supposed to eat in front of the TV, but when I do I slow down. When it's just me and the food, well I go WAY too fast. Probably because I am sitting at the table alone, or everyone finishes so quickly I don't want to be alone. Have to figure out something, maybe the kitchen timer like Emily suggested...
