Friday, what you eating today?
What a gorgeous day! It's about time, we deserve it. So MamaG challenged us to the three WWWs (water, walk, ?) Anyway, I didn't do to well on the water front yesterday, so that is my main goal today.
I got up this morning and looked at the sun and decided it was a great day to ride my motorcycle to work (I don't usually because of the whole helmet hair thing). So I get here, and I have left my keys in my car, duh. So I am sitting outside for like a half an hour waiting for someone to come to work and enjoying the sunshine, I was starting to wonder if it was a Holiday because no one was showing up... Well, apparantly I was so excited to get on my bike, that I left the house about a half an hour earlier than I usually do!! LOL

Not going to be such a good day, BUT, I did and am getting in my 3 W's in, had some coctails too many calories today but "Did my 3 W's" that is my goal after all isn't it??

I have been doing pretty good with exercise I missed last nights water aerobics but plan on mowing the lawn today.
B: 1 turkey sausage and egg (only ate about half still have hard time with eggs and didn't want to pu****)
L: Organic chicken fingers with whole grain breading and potato wedge.
D: Turkey burger in defrosting
S: Not sure yet
I have been feeling a little crappy in the mornings after breakfast...finally figured out I was going into a carb coma from the 1//4 cup of granola that I was putting in the greek yogurt. I tend to get carb overload easily. I felt much better with the egg and turkey sausage this morning.

I get the carb thing, I have to be careful to have plenty of other stuff and just a little carb because I was starting to add back in a little here and there (because they really aren't BAD for us if they are good carbs) but I tend to have them at night now so it doesn't matter so much and hopefully I burn them off before I got to bed!
I used to be a carb a holic. Now I can get by with a little bit of potato but anything else makes me feel really tired and crappy. No wonder I felt so bad before surgery and so great even on the liquid diet... because I stopped carbs. Amazing thing this body. Come over anytime and grab the clothes. If I am not here they are sitting on the kitchen island. See ya soon!!!
