challenge still on?

So starting Wed./ tomorrow morning, I'm doing the WWW (walk, water and Write)  anyone ready for a 7 day challenge with me?

Were on!  The water is going to be tough for me, can I use crystal light and other non-calorie drinks?

I have started also.  Three miles Monday and water aerobics today.  Got in all my fluids both days also.




Weight includes 21 Pounds lost on 2 Week Pre-op Diet

Do you manually calculate your water aerobics on your GoFIt since it can't be in water?  Or do you just not bother?

I did two miles yesterday, worked out on the machines, and did my water class this am.

I'm in.  Since I'm less than 24 hours post op I'll challenge myself to fluids, walking and writing.  I did well with fluids today and moved around as much as I could.

Yeah!  Glad to have you join.  Whatever your challenge is what MamaG told me.

Today I am trying to get more protein rich foods in with less fat.  I have been doing "okay" on the calorie side but I think I have too much fat in my diet.

B: Chobani FF yogurt w/splenda and sliced strawberries
     Coffee
L: Unjury shake w/FF milk
D: Salad (since I got a lot of protein in already...)
S: tapioca pudding w/SF whip cream

Liquids:  decaf coffee, Vitamin water 10, and crystal light.  I also had a glass of water this am and will get another in before bed time. 

Today, no walking (and it's raining, go figure....).  I have to mow with my DH. Water aerobics tomorrow am.

well, so far I have:

W:  written Breakfast, Lunch, snack and dinner (1238 calories)
W:  64 oz water
W:  short power walk in Rain

On track for a good day.

B- yogurt, strawberries 1/2 protein powder and 1/2 cup southbeach cereal
S. peanuts
L 1/2 WW pizza
D- stir fry beef and broccoli, 1/4 C brown rice
S- 1 string cheese

Water= 80 oz
Exercise- walker .5 mile

I was running late and forgot to get on the scale this morning. Tomorrow.....
