Summer Challenge- Monday accountability

I consumed under 1000 calories. Was active, the car washing, mowed 2 lawns helps DD with my 2 year old grandson. Drank over 96 oz of fluids.

The scale Tuesday morning -1 pound.   Cool

I am starting today but scale was the same this morning as when i came back from   florida
getting ready to go for a walk with little dog

I went for a long motorcycle ride, and for S&G put it in to The Daily Plate, it seems that driving a motorcycle burns over 300 calories an hour!  Now if the sun would stay out I could get some more riding in.

Today, back to the gym. I only made it once last week. Gonna go 4 times this week, maybe 5!

Yesterday I was under 1000 calories, which is my personal goal. I don't feel good when I get too much less than that in, better if I eat the calories and exercise.

Today I've had cobani yogurt with granola for breakfast, chicken and potato for lunch and homemade turkey meatloaf with a slice of grilled potato for dinner.  I walked three miles and then cleaned out my closet and got rid of all my clothes.  Took 20 bags to Goodwill.

Seafood is definately the way to go~!  I had 1/2 my chicken/broccoli quiche leftover from Ruby Tuesday without the crust for breakfast.  String cheese for snack, and 2 oz. of boiled maine shrimp for lunch (taking after Tracy...LOL).  For dinner I had lobster meat with 1/2 tblsp. lt mayo.  I still have about 500 calories left according to the Daily Plate... LOL

I think I"ll have some decaf coffee w/ SF Torani caramel syrup... YUMMO! Or maybe some of my homemade tapioca pudding with lt. whip cream... hmmm. I got all my protein in so I'm all set!
