Yummy salad
A bunch of us met for dinner at Ruby Tuesdays after EMMC support group Friday evening.
I made a salad from the salad bar of lettuce, spinach, endameme (fresh soy beans), shredded cheese, sunflower seeds and craisins. No dressing. I got a "to go" box and have had 2 more meals from the original 2 plates of salad bar.
I'll have to get these ingredients for home. It's delish!
