Not that I am counting LOL

I confess I did a last meal.  We went to Texas Roadhouse and I had salad, 1/3rd of a rack of ribs and 4 spoonfuls of mashed potatoes.  The weird thing is I was full after that.  Unreal.  I used to be able to each rolls galore, peanuts until they were coming out my ears and my full meal and be fine...I didn't eat a quarter of that and was full..woohoo progress.  That is the first time that I have really noticed a change in me.  The clothes, yeah that's a given with losing weight but this actually felt like progress that I have made...does that make sense.

More going on this week - the concrete walls are getting poured as we speak for the addition. The carpenters are cleared to start their part either Thursday or Friday (weather pending).  I am betting the concrete crew was really happy to see the POND in the hole that happened since they were there on Thursday LOL.

My brother and sister in-law will be here on the 22nd to help build the addition.  The last time they saw me I was almost 30 lbs heavier..I can't wait to see their reaction.  Their arrival actually coincides with my 2 week checkups so I'll actually be able to go to Bangor with my Mom to pick them up.

It is amazing what we used to eat and what fills us up now. It is real progress.

I'll be thinking of you on Wednesday. Best wishes. Say hi to Dr. Toder- she's the BEST!
